Who we are
Euravia, with offices at Mississippidreef 95, 3565 CE Utrecht, the Netherlands, and in Casablanca, Morocco, is responsible for the processing of personal data described here. Contact: info@euraviafood.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact and quote forms: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country, the products you selected and your message.
Why
To answer your request and, if you become a customer, to prepare and follow up quotes and orders. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept as long as required by tax and commercial law.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Form messages are delivered through our e-mail provider. Logistics partners only receive what is needed to deliver an order.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. Your quote selection and language choice are stored in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us until you submit a form.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@euraviafood.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
